The filter element manufacturer uses polypropylene (Polypropylene) as the raw material, through the filter element manufacturer’s latest melt-blown technology, hot-melt spun filaments to form ultra-fine fibers, combined with multi-layer continuous extrusion molding technology, the fibers are self-bonded in space and entangled to form a three-dimensional curve. Diameter microporous structure is formed, and the tightness (pore size and density) of the filter material fibers is controlled by different forming speeds and winding distances. The multi-layer gradient structure is gradually loosened from the inner density to the outer side, which can improve the filtration accuracy and the ability to hold dirt. The pressure difference is small, and the multi-layer gradient structure is formed. It is a filter element product with deep filtration performance. Therefore, it becomes an excellent high-quality filter material, which is widely used in petrochemical, chemical, automotive, electronics, food, pharmaceutical and other industries.

The meltblown process is a polymer extrusion nonwoven process that originated in the early 1950s. In order to collect radioactive particles in nuclear tests, the U.S. Naval Laboratory began to develop filter materials with ultra-fine filtering effects, and published research results in 1954. my country's melt blown technology originated in the late 1950s and early 1960s, and the equipment studied was intermittent. By the late 1960s and early 1970s, China had more than 200 batches of meltblown equipment. In 1992-94, continuous production lines were introduced from the United States and Germany. It is estimated that there are still more than 300 intermittent meltblown equipment in operation in China.
What is PP cotton
In theory, all thermoplastic (high temperature melting, low temperature curing) polymer chip materials can be used in the production process of melt blown filter elements. Polypropylene is one of the most widely used slicing materials in the meltblown process. In addition, polyester, polyamide, polyethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, polystyrene, PBT, EMA, EVA and other polymer tablet materials are commonly used in melt blowing processes. The degree of polymerization of olefin polymer raw materials (such as polypropylene) is high, so melt blowing will be performed smoothly. When the heating temperature is higher than the melting point of 100 ℃ or more, and the heating temperature of the polyester can be blown slightly higher than its melting point when melting. Olefin feedstock generally does not need to be dried.

The structural feature of PP meltblown filter element is that the fiber fineness is relatively small, generally below 10 microns, and most of the fiber fineness is between 1 and 4 microns.

How much do you know about ultrafiltration technology and ultrafiltration membranes? Ultrafiltration membrane technology is an important technology for water treatment in environmental protection projects. It has extremely broad application prospects in urban sewage treatment, various industrial wastewater treatment, and recovery of useful substances. At present, one of the research directions of ultrafiltration membrane technology is to invent more efficient ultrafiltration devices, and the other is to combine it with other water treatment technologies based on the characteristics of the incoming water quality to improve the quality of the effluent.

Reverse osmosis is a water treatment process that developed rapidly in the 1960s. At present, it has been used in urban water, boiler feed water, power plant boiler feed water, industrial wastewater, seawater desalination, and solute separation in various solutions. The working principle of the reverse osmosis membrane is to use pressure as a driving force to separate the solvent from the solution. It has good applications in food, electronics, medicine, printing and dyeing and other industries. In the long-term use process, some problems are inevitable. How are some of the "phenomena" that appear in the application of reverse osmosis membranes formed?
